Checking Warranty

Every device sold at Aslam Mobiles comes with a 5-day checking warranty from the date of purchase. This gives you time to thoroughly test the device and raise any concerns about functionality that was not apparent at the time of purchase.

Warranty by Condition

New phones may also carry a manufacturer warranty — check the box or invoice for details.

What Is Covered

• ✓Hardware defects present at the time of sale
• ✓Device not charging or not powering on (not caused by user misuse)
• ✓Speaker, microphone, or camera malfunction confirmed by our technician
• ✓Display issues (not caused by physical impact)

What Is Not Covered

• ✕Physical damage — broken screen, dents, or liquid damage
• ✕Damage caused by incorrect charging accessories
• ✕Issues resulting from rooting, flashing, or software modification
• ✕Normal battery degradation over time
• ✕Accidental damage of any kind
• ✕Warranty claims raised after the 5-day checking period
• ✕Accessories (earbuds, chargers, cables, covers)

How to Claim Warranty

1. 1Contact us within the 5-day warranty period by phone, WhatsApp, or by visiting the store.
2. 2Bring the device with your original purchase receipt or order number.
3. 3Our technician will inspect the device and identify the issue — this usually takes 15–30 minutes.
4. 4Depending on the defect, we will either repair the device or replace it (subject to stock availability).

After the Warranty Period

Once the 5-day checking period has passed, hardware faults are handled through our in-store repair service. We offer transparent, fair-priced repairs — call or WhatsApp us to get an estimate before bringing in your device.
